Wonderful food here. The beer our server recommended was just fantastic. Schnitzel was good and the portion size is well worth it. The ribs was the best comparing the 2 main dishes we ordered. Nice BBQ sauce and French fries. Really really large portions.
Just be prepared that there is always a queue when you come here, but it's for good reasons. We came here as a family for dinner, greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staffs, always smiley no matter how busy they are. The Swiss burger, Schnitzel and barbeque pork ribs were very tasty. The atmosphere was nice as well, just a bit noisy as it was very busy. Will definitely recommend coming here.

Unexpectedly the best meal we had in Switzerland. We were looking for a snack before dinner. Ended up eating a whole pig leg and holy cow it was soooooo tasty, crunchy and delicious. As a Puertorrican this dinner made me feel back home during Christmas time. Unforgettable.
We stopped to eat here while we waited for our clothes to wash and dry on the nearby wash and go and we had the best chicken sandwich and Caesar salad (the bread was DIVINE). The food and beer was truly so good. Staff was so kind. I love the way they served all the customers they treated everyone kindly and worked so great together. I definitely recommend.
A little heaven for every football fan who likes good beer with good food. Visited during the week and was a bit busy, yet found a table. Quick and friendly service . Good portions which I was generally pleased with . Definitely recommend it
Great food and very tasty! The mac and cheese was delicious, the cheese had a rich, flavorful taste, and the bacon and potatoes were excellent. The meat was very good, and both the burger and the salad were fresh and well prepared. Overall, a really satisfying meal at Hüsi Bierhaus. Recommended 100%.
Great place for a beer in Interlaken. I really enjoyed the beer. The Bratwurst was good and paired well with the beer. The staff were super friendly. If I visit Interlaken again, I would definitely come back.
